Reflecting on 2022, Looking Ahead to 2023

To our valued Staff, Customers, and Supplier Partners,

Another year has come and gone – and what an exciting, growth-filled year it has been! Throughout my first year as GM I’ve met extraordinary people, helped our team deliver unprecedented technologies to our customers, and gained a deep appreciation for our amazing company culture. I am humbled and blessed to be a part of the incredible team of professionals at Quantic Wenzel. 

Taking a moment to reflect, Quantic Wenzel had a landmark 2022:

• Performance– This year we achieved record orders, record revenue, and record profitability!
• People– We increased our staffing by 11%, developed new roles across the company in engineering, manufacturing, project management, assembly, accounting, HR and sales; talent that is committed to pushing the boundaries of RF performance and innovation.
• Products– We released our first SOSA-aligned VPX product this year, our new 3U/6U Open VPX frequency source, with electrical and mechanical vibration compensation. This new frequency source features ultra-low phase noise performance up to 18 GHz and will set a new boundary of performance for mission-critical air, land, and sea applications.  
• New look, same Wenzel – This year we updated our branding to reflect our extended engineering ecosystem, powerful supply chain, and a wide range of mission-critical technologies including RF & microwave, power, sensing and magnetics at Quantic Electronics.

To our staff I would like to extend my sincerest thanks for your hard work this past year. Without you we would not be in the outstanding position that we are in today. Quantic Wenzel had a record year, achieved through your hard work, commitment to excellence, and our amazing 45-year heritage. I am truly grateful for all your valuable contributions to our team and for your efforts to help the company develop the next generation of engineering and manufacturing professionals.

To our customers I would like to say that whether you have partnered with us for years or are new to us this year, I would like to extend my personal thanks to you for placing your trust in our team. We will continue to earn your business every day by delivering the highest quality frequency source solutions available on the market.

Finally, I’d like to extend my sincerest thanks to our supplier partners and vendors. Despite continued global supply chain challenges, the timely support that we have received has been impressive. Because of you, we can complete our projects on time and to our customers’ satisfaction. On behalf of our entire team, we look forward to our continued partnerships with you all.

In parting, I wish you all good health and much-deserved time off to gather and celebrate with family and friends. We all have so much to be thankful for, with an exciting new year ahead of us that is sure to be full of opportunities that push us to define and deliver the future of mission-critical technology.
