Austin, TX.— November 28th, 2022—Quantic Wenzel, an industry leader in crystal oscillators, frequency sources, and integrated microwave assemblies, has begun collection for the Toys for Tots program in partnership with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. The Toys for Tots charitable giving program collects new, unwrapped toys, and then distributes those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in Burnet, Llano, Blanco, Hays, Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, and Caldwell counties. In recent years, the Austin campaign has successfully delivered over 40,000 toys to nearly 35,000 children throughout the region.
“For the 75th year the Marines are sending a message of hope to less fortunate children in the greater Austin Metro Area,” said Joe Svoboda, Vice-president and General Manager at Quantic Wenzel. “We are pleased to welcome the Toys for Tots donation boxes to our facility this holiday season. In addition to public donation collection, we are hosting an internal drive with matching contributions from the company.”
There are donation boxes located in the lobby of Quantic Wenzel, located at 2215 Kramer Lane in Austin, where area residents can donate new and unwrapped toys this holiday season. The program runs now through December 15th, 2022 when the Marines will pick up the donated gifts and distribute them to children in need.

Established in 1978, the mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys each year to distribute as holiday gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
