Joe Svoboda
Vice-President & General Manager
Before joining Quantic Wenzel, Joe was VP of Sales and Marketing at Criteria Labs, following a 17+ year tenure at National Instruments. At NI, Joe led business development teams in the aerospace, defense and semiconductor industries, focused on RF, microwave and wireless. Joe earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Kevin Golliher
Vice-President of Finance, Human Resources, & Information Technology
Kevin holds degrees from Trinity University and the University of Texas. Kevin’s career journey spans 30 years and includes public accounting, diverse roles in small to medium size businesses, manufacturing, and business ownership. Joining Quantic Wenzel in 2007, Kevin’s impactful contributions include implementing new accounting systems, structures, and oversight of Human Resources and Information Technology departments. Kevin’s vision emphasizes a process-oriented approach, and his leadership style is defined by leading through action and setting positive examples. Beyond work, he finds joy in soccer, travel, and spending as much time as possible with his wife and five children.
Bruce Carlson
Director of Engineering
Bruce brings over 35 years of industry experience to Quantic Wenzel. He holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and holds 10 patents. Bruce began his career as a RF Design Engineer and has held significant positions at Collins Aerospace and Northrop Grumman, where he led engineering teams in the development of RF and microwave systems. Since joining Quantic Wenzel, Bruce has focused on further enhancing the engineering department, implementing new processes, delivering new resources, managing research and development, and enabling engineers to reach their full potential. He values openness in his team, encouraging innovation and fearless boundary-pushing. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, golfing with friends and biking.
Greg Peacock
Director of Operations
Greg is a seasoned electronics industry professional with 35 years of experience and is the current Director of Operations at Quantic Wenzel. Having earned a degree in Electronics Technology, Greg’s career journey began in avionics with the United States Air Force before joining the company in 1992. Climbing the ranks, he transitioned from an Electronics Technician to a supervisory role, to Department Manager, to Operations Manager, ultimately becoming the Director of Operations in 2020. Greg oversees manufacturing production and process improvement. His vision is centered on creating a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction. Outside of work, Greg enjoys golf with the family, hanging out with friends, and working on the endless list of projects around his property.
Jigar Shah
Director of Business Development
With RF industry experience dating back to 2004, Jigar earned his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University as well as an MBA in Finance and Executive Leadership from Rutgers University. Jigar’s career journey includes RF engineering and business development roles at Empower RF Systems and Smiths Interconnect. At Quantic Wenzel, Jigar spearheads new business development, strategic planning, and team empowerment. Jigar finds fulfillment in knowing the solutions he helps deliver supports U.S troops as well as contributes to a strong A&D supply chain. Beyond work, he is an avid reader, nature enthusiast, and passionate advocate for increasing children’s literacy.
Mehran Mossammaparast
Chief Engineer
Mehran, our Chief Engineer at Quantic Wenzel, boasts an impressive 30-year journey in the radio frequency and microwave industry. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Electronics Engineering, along with Master’s Degrees in Telecommunication and Physics/Cosmology from Curtin University, Mehran’s expertise lies in designing low noise analog and digital electronics. His career highlights include leading projects from concept to high-volume manufacturing and developing groundbreaking frequency control and timing solutions. In his current role, Mehran focuses on architecting new products, providing sales support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. His vision is to achieve the extraordinary through teamwork. Outside work, Mehran enjoys attending sporting events with his sons.
Victor Mejia
Quality Assurance Manager
Victor has over 20 years of quality management expertise in the electronics industry. An Electrical Engineering graduate from the Pratt Institute, Victor’s career journey spans roles at General Electric, TECO-Westinghouse, Silicon Labs, Flex, Applied Materials, Micross Components, and now Quantic Wenzel. His background includes achievements like National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) certification at Micross Components and achieving Automotive QMS (TS16949) at Silicon Labs. In his current role, Victor focuses on enhancing quality management systems and is passionate about resolving quality issues and implementing efficiencies. Victor works diligently to foster a quality and compliance culture at Quantic Wenzel that is aligned with best practices and industry standards. Outside work, he enjoys hiking nature trails with his wife, watching science fiction movies, and enjoying playtime with his Yorkshire Terrier, Chilito. Victor’s personal philosophies emphasize gradual and constant effort and not taking things too seriously. Fun fact: Victor is a former Field Locomotive Service Engineer for General Electric and has a love for trains.
Melissa Hoang
Human Resources Manager
Melissa brings over 15 years of experience to Quantic Wenzel. Her career spans diverse industries, from manufacturing to environmental drilling, and theatre. Melissa is a results-oriented leader who drives organizational change through training and development, empowering employees to reach their full potential. She believes in coaching and supporting leaders to create lasting impacts within their teams. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys karaoke, live music, travel, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends. Melissa lives by the motto, “Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and ensuring that impact lasts in your absence.” This philosophy guides her approach in both professional and personal endeavors
